Bowmanville road closures Saturday for CPKC Holiday Train stop
The CPKC Holiday Train will stop at the railway crossing at Scugog Street and Wellington Street in Bowmanville on Saturday, November 29, 2025. Scugog, Wellington and Concession streets will be closed at the crossing from 12:30 p.m. to approximately 4 p.m., with no emergency access. The train is scheduled to arrive at 1:45 p.m., and performances by Jade Eagleson and Teigen Gayse begin at 2 p.m.
The closure will block the rail crossing entirely for more than three hours, limiting travel across the tracks at those streets during the event. Details were published in a Municipality of Clarington notice on November 26.
Local food banks will be on-site.
