A Bulk Water Filling Station (BWFS) is proposed for construction on an access road west of Osborne Road in Courtice, within the Municipality of Clarington. This facility is intended to provide a 24/7 automated service for bulk water customers, featuring a pre-packaged enclosure for equipment and a paved area to accommodate multiple trucks.
The design phase of the BWFS is scheduled to begin in 2024, with construction anticipated to start in 2025.
