Bus Detours on Conlin Road and Grandview Street Begin September 17 for Road Work

Durham Region Transit (DRT) has implemented detours for PULSE 915, PULSE 916, Route 419, and Route N1 buses due to ongoing road work at the intersection of Conlin Road and Grandview Street, starting Wednesday, September 17, 2025, until further notice.

The detours affect Oshawa transit routes that normally travel through Conlin Road and Grandview Street, changing some bus paths and stop locations for riders.

According to DRT, the detour details are:

PULSE 915: Detours via Greenhill Avenue, Harmony Road, Conlin Road, Riverton Street, and Black Cherry Drive. Both westbound and eastbound PULSE 915 buses will only serve stop #94249 on Harmony Road northbound at Conlin Road.
PULSE 916: Detours via Conlin Road, Riverton Street, and Black Cherry Drive. Both directions will only serve stop #94249 on Harmony Road northbound at Conlin Road.
Route 419: Detours via Harmony Road and will not serve Grandview Street during the road work. DRT advises passengers to use Routes 410 and 915 as alternatives.
Route N1: Detours via Coldstream Drive, Grandview Street, and Woodstream Avenue.

DRT states that all regular stops will be served along the detour routes. Temporary stops include southbound Townline Road just south of Woodstream Avenue, southbound Grandview Street south of Woodstream Avenue, and northbound Grandview Street north of Greenhill Avenue.
