Central Connect Referral Model Launches to Enhance Mental Health and Substance Use Care in Durham Region

Lakeridge Health has launched the Central Connect referral model aimed at improving access to mental health and substance use care in Durham Region. This initiative was highlighted during the 2023-2024 Annual General Meeting of Lakeridge Health.

Key features of the Central Connect model include:

The introduction of Central Connect is part of Lakeridge Health's broader strategy to enhance healthcare delivery and accessibility in the region.
