CFIA issues Class 1 recall for Yoplait YOP Drinkable Yogurt over possible plastic pieces

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency issued a Class 1 food recall warning on Nov. 22, 2025, for Yoplait brand YOP Drinkable Yogurt sold nationally due to possible pieces of plastic. Yoplait Canada is the recalling firm.

The CFIA advises consumers to check for the recalled products and not to consume, use, sell, serve or distribute them. Recalled items should be thrown out or returned to the place of purchase.

The recall was triggered by the company, according to the agency. There have been no reported injuries associated with the consumption of these products.

The CFIA is conducting a food safety investigation, which may lead to the recall of other products. The agency is verifying that industry is removing recalled products from the marketplace. The recall identification number is RA-81263.

According to the CFIA recall notice, the following 200 mL single bottles, with all best-before dates up to and including 2026JA12, are included:
