CFIA Issues National Recall of Hellman's Classic Burger Sauce Due to Bloating and Spoilage

Hellman's brand Classic Burger Sauce has been recalled due to concerns about bloating and spoilage, according to a notification from the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) published on May 22, 2025.

The CFIA stated that the recall applies to 325 ml bottles of Hellman's Classic Burger Sauce with the UPC 0 68400 00128 7 and the code 20250903GF. The agency advised that the affected product should not be used, sold, served, or distributed.

Unilever Canada is identified as the recalling firm. The recall is classified as Class 3 by the CFIA. The notification covers distribution of the product across Canada.
