CFIA Recalls Chaeban Mediterani Mascarpone Cheese for Non-Pathogenic E. Coli

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has announced a recall of Chaeban brand Mediterani Mascarpone Fresh Soft Cheese due to contamination with non-pathogenic E. coli. The affected cheese was sold in 250-gram packages with UPC 6 28011 03061 0, best before date .25 AU 01, and Lot 2025050201. The recall notice was issued on June 20, 2025.
