CFIA recalls two alcoholic beverages distributed in Alberta due to spoilage risk
The Canadian Food Inspection Agency has recalled two alcoholic beverages distributed in Alberta because of non-harmful microbial contamination that could lead to spoilage. The agency lists the recall date as Oct. 5, 2026.
The recall affects products distributed to retail and to hotels, restaurants and institutions. People and businesses should not use, sell, serve or distribute the affected products.
The CFIA classified the action as a Class 3 recall, and the recall notice was originally published Oct. 7, 2026.
One of the recalled products is Bahía Paloma Grapefruit Paloma Agave Spirit Cocktail in 355 mL and 4 x 355 mL sizes. The listed UPC is 8 13273 00302 5 and the code is PO 21-JUL-2026.
The other recalled product is Easy Vodka Raspberry Lemonade Alcoholic Beverage in 355 mL and 4 x 355 mL sizes. The listed UPC is 8 13273 00221 9 and the codes are PO 03-JUN-2026 and PO 24-JUN-2026.
The CFIA lists Snake Lake Brewing Company Inc. as the recalling firm. The identification number for the recall notice is RA-82741.
