Clarington Citizen Satisfaction Survey Open Until May 13
Clarington residents have until May 13 to complete the 2025 Citizen Satisfaction Survey, according to the Municipality of Clarington. The survey, available since April 22, is intended by the Municipality to measure resident satisfaction with local government programs and services.
According to municipal officials, survey responses will be used by municipal staff and Council to inform decisions about programming and services. The survey collects feedback on public-facing municipal programs and services, customer service standards, progress on the 2024-27 Strategic Plan, quality of life, and overall satisfaction with local government.
The Municipality states that residents can participate online at www.clarington.net/CitizenSurvey or by using a Clarington Connected kiosk at Town Hall, Diane Hamre Recreation Complex, Courtice Community Complex, Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex, or South Courtice Arena. The Municipality advises that the survey takes less than ten minutes to complete.
