Clarington Introduces Survey to Evaluate Communication Strategies

Clarington has launched the 2025 Communications Benchmarking Survey to assess its communication efforts. The survey seeks responses from residents, businesses, and community partners on the effectiveness of municipal communication.

The survey is part of a continued effort to gauge feedback following recommendations made in a previous report two years ago. It aims to evaluate improvements and areas that require attention.

According to Mayor Adrian Foster, the feedback aims to ensure community members are well-informed and connected. By participating, respondents can potentially win a $100 Visa gift card.

The survey is accessible online and open for participation for a limited time. Details and participation links are available on Clarington’s official website. This initiative aligns with the objectives stated in the 2024-27 Strategic Plan, focusing on informed community engagement.
