Durham Council Postpones Transit Development Charge Adjustment to November 2025

The full text of the by-law is available for review at the office of the Regional Clerk in Whitby during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The by-law was passed under Section 19 of the Development Charges Act, 1997.
