Durham Region Organizes Virtual 2026 Budget Town Hall on September 8

Residents of Durham Region are invited to take part in a virtual Budget Town Hall hosted by the Region’s Chief Administrative Officer and senior leadership team on Monday, September 8, at 6:30 p.m.

The online and phone event is intended to provide residents with an opportunity to ask questions and learn about the Region’s programs and services in connection with the planning of the 2026 budget.

According to the Region of Durham, questions may be submitted in advance through the official portal at yourvoice.durham.ca/Budget. Further event details and registration instructions are available on the Region’s engagement website. The announcement, issued from Whitby, does not indicate whether a recording will be provided for those unable to attend at the scheduled time.
