Durham Region to hold virtual 2024 budget town hall Jan. 11

Durham Region is holding a virtual town hall about its 2024 budget on Thursday, Jan. 11 at 6:30 p.m., with options to attend online or by phone.

The session is intended to give residents a way to listen in, ask questions and learn more about the Region’s proposed 2024 budget priorities and its programs and services.

Durham Region’s chief administrative officer, commissioner of finance and treasurer, and other senior staff are expected to take part.

The town hall will be livestreamed at durham.ca/Live and yourvoice.durham.ca/DurhamBudget.

Durham Region’s announcement says residents can also ask questions by phone during the event or submit questions ahead of time through yourvoice.durham.ca/DurhamBudget.
