Durham Region Transit Announces Detours for Routes 419, PULSE 915, and N1 Starting August 19

According to Durham Region Transit, bus routes 419, PULSE 915, and N1 will be detoured starting Tuesday, August 19, 2025, due to road work at the intersection of Conlin Road and Grandview Street. Durham Region Transit states the detours will remain in effect until further notice.

The changes affect service for these routes as a result of construction work announced by Durham Region Transit. Riders may need to adjust travel plans depending on their route.

Durham Region Transit reports that PULSE 915 will be rerouted along Woodstream Avenue, Grandview Street, Coldstream Drive, Wilson Road, and Conlin Road. Route 419 will detour via Harmony Road and will not provide service to Grandview Street; passengers needing stops along Grandview Street are advised by Durham Region Transit to use PULSE 915. According to Durham Region Transit, Route N1 will detour along Coldstream Drive, Grandview Street, and Woodstream Avenue.

Durham Region Transit states that all stops on the revised route will be served for the duration of the detour. Two temporary stops will also be available: one located on southbound Townline Road, south of Woodstream Avenue, and another on southbound Grandview Street, south of Woodstream Avenue.
