Durham Region Transit Main Phone Line Facing Intermittent Outages

Durham Region Transit (DRT) reports that its main phone line, 1-866-247-0055, is experiencing intermittent outages due to a technical issue. Customers are advised to call 905-666-6175 if they cannot reach the main number.

DRT has not provided details on the nature of the technical issue or when the main phone service will be restored. The information is relevant to residents who need to contact DRT for transit assistance or information.

The DRT Customer Service Centre is located at 110 Westney Road South in Ajax. Front counter service hours are Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call centre hours are Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
