Durham Region Transit says bad weather could affect service on Jan. 26
Durham Region Transit says its service could be affected by inclement weather on Monday, Jan. 26.
The notice matters for Clarington riders who rely on buses for appointments, errands and connections to other transit, because weather-related slowdowns can change travel times and schedules.
Operators will drive according to road conditions, Durham Region Transit said.
DRT told riders to allow extra time for their trip and to use the Transit App or the agency’s website for updates.
The service alert was posted on DRT’s website on Tuesday, Jan. 20.
DRT did not identify specific routes or trips that could be affected.
