Durham Region Transit stated that riders seeking assistance can contact the Customer Service Centre at 1-866-247-0055. The Call Centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The agency also notes that front counter service is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on weekends from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
