Durham Region Transit Trip Planner Tool Temporarily Unavailable

Durham Region Transit announced on July 3, 2025, that the Trip Planner tool on its website is temporarily unavailable. The agency is advising riders to use alternative transit planning tools such as the Transit App and Google Maps during the outage.

The temporary unavailability of the Trip Planner affects customers who rely on the online tool to plan their transit routes or check schedules, according to the statement from Durham Region Transit. No estimated timeline for restoration of the service was provided.

Durham Region Transit stated that riders seeking assistance can contact the Customer Service Centre at 1-866-247-0055. The Call Centre is open Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The agency also notes that front counter service is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on weekends from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
