Family STEAM Fun Event Set for August 15 at Newcastle Library

Clarington Library, Museums & Archives will hold a Family STEAM Fun event at Newcastle Library on Friday, August 15, 2025. The program runs from 10:30 to 11:30 am and is open to children from junior kindergarten to grade two. Registration is required.

The event is designed for families with young children in Newcastle interested in educational summer programs. It provides an opportunity for children to engage with technology in a hands-on environment.

According to Clarington Library, Museums & Archives, participants will have access to tech toys, including robots, circuits, and interactive games. The library says the activities are intended to make coding and science concepts accessible and fun for young children.
