Final Phase of Bowmanville Town Hall Roof Replacement Begins May 25
Work on the final phase of the Municipal Administrative Centre roof replacement is scheduled to begin on May 25, 2025, at 40 Temperance Street in Bowmanville. Construction crews will be on-site from Monday to Saturday throughout the summer, focusing on the west section of the roof.
According to the Town of Clarington, residents and visitors in the area may encounter noise, dust, and intermittent disruptions during construction.
The Town states that the project involves replacing skylights and addressing previous leaks as part of efforts to preserve the building’s longevity and improve energy efficiency.
