Great Value 100% Grape Juice recalled nationwide over tartrate crystals, CFIA says

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency issued a recall notification on Dec. 11, 2025, for Great Value 100% Grape Juice due to tartrate crystals. The affected 1.82‑litre bottles were distributed nationally in Canada and are being recalled by Refresco Canada Inc.

According to the CFIA, consumers, retailers and food‑service operators should not use, sell, serve or distribute the product. The agency classifies the action as a Class 3 recall.

The affected product is Great Value 100% Grape Juice (1.82 L) with UPC 6 81131 71323 8. The lot code is CT89‑01 with best‑before date 2026 OC 08.

The CFIA lists the recall date as Nov. 26, 2025. The notice was published and last updated on Dec. 11, 2025.
