Health Canada recalls Coterie Double-Infused Fruity Pebbles Blunt lot L25125G for possible mould
Health Canada issued a consumer product recall on Oct. 10, 2025, for the Coterie Double-Infused Fruity Pebbles Blunt pre-roll cannabis extract, citing possible mould in lot L25125G distributed in Ontario and Alberta between May 14 and Oct. 8, 2025.
The recall covers 8,467 units sold through the Ontario Cannabis Store and Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis. The product may contain mould that can cause temporary symptoms such as sneezing, coughing, wheezing, watery or itchy eyes, and a runny or congested nose.
The recalled item is the Coterie Double-Infused Fruity Pebbles Blunt, lot L25125G, size 1 x 1g, with packaging date 2025-MA-05.
Health Canada advises consumers to stop using the product. Affected items can be returned to the place of purchase or disposed of safely and out of the reach of children and youth. Health or safety concerns about cannabis products can be reported through Health Canada’s online Cannabis Reporting Form.
The recall was triggered after Culture Kizos inc./Kizos Culture inc. received a complaint about the product. To date, the company has received two complaints related to the lot, none involving an adverse reaction. No complaints or adverse reaction reports have been received by Health Canada.
