Hot Water Shutdown Planned for Three Ontario Tech University Buildings on July 26–27, 2025

The domestic hot water supply in the Science and Business and Information Technology buildings, Energy Research Centre (ERC), and North Oshawa Campus Library at Ontario Tech University will be unavailable from 6 a.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2025, until the end of Sunday, July 27, 2025.

Ontario Tech University stated this temporary shutdown will allow for the installation of upgraded hot water boilers. The university confirmed that no other campus buildings will be affected during the disruption.
