Lane restrictions on Lake Ridge Road in Brock to continue until end of June 2026

Lane restrictions are in place on Lake Ridge Road (Regional Road 23) in Brock Township while Durham Region carries out road rehabilitation work, with the restrictions expected to continue until the end of June 2026.

The work may affect travel through the area for more than a year, and drivers using Lake Ridge Road are being advised to watch for changing conditions near the construction zone.

Durham Region said the work is taking place on Lake Ridge Road from 55 metres north of Highway 48 to 200 metres north of Thorah Park Boulevard.

Drivers are asked to use caution for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews, Durham Region said.
