Lane Restrictions Planned for Lake Ridge Road in Brock Township from Late September 2025

Durham Region has announced that lane restrictions will take place on Lake Ridge Road (Regional Road 23) in the Township of Brock between September 29 and the end of November 2025. The Region reports that final paving is expected in 2026, and that the schedule could be affected by poor weather conditions.

These lane restrictions will affect Lake Ridge Road from north of Regional Highway 48 to 200 metres north of Thorah Park Boulevard. According to the Region, the work is being undertaken to complete road rehabilitation in this area.

The Region has advised drivers to use caution around the construction site for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists, and road workers. An interactive map with details about current construction projects and updated traffic information is available at durham.ca/TrafficWatch, as noted by the Region.
