Lane Restrictions Scheduled for Mara Road in Brock Township Starting June 23

Lane restrictions will be in effect on Mara Road (Regional Road 23) in the Township of Brock from June 23 to August 26. The restricted area will be between 370 metres north of Franklin Street and Highway 12.

The Regional Municipality of Durham has stated that these restrictions are necessary for the installation of paved shoulders. The timeline for the work may change depending on weather conditions.

According to the Region, drivers are asked to exercise caution near the construction zone for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists, and work crews.
