Nutraphase Clean Beans Roasted Broad Beans Ketchup recalled for undeclared milk, CFIA says

Nutraphase Inc. is recalling its Clean Beans Roasted Broad Beans Ketchup (85 g) because it contains undeclared milk, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) said. The CFIA lists the recall date as Sept. 24, 2026, and says the product was distributed nationally and sold online.

The CFIA classified the issue as a food allergen concern involving milk. The agency said the affected product should not be used, sold, served or distributed.

The recalled item is Nutraphase Clean Beans Roasted Broad Beans Ketchup, sold in an 85 g package. The UPC is 6 28618 00297 3.
