Oct. 18 Bowmanville comedy show at Volt Raceway to feature Ian Sirota

Ian Sirota will headline a comedy show at Volt Raceway, 2383 Durham Regional Hwy 2 in Bowmanville, on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025, from 8:30 to 9:45 p.m. Tickets cost $25–$35, and the event is 19-plus with valid ID required.

The show is part of a Saturday-night series presented by Comedy Nuggets in partnership with Volt Raceway. The performance is uncensored, and the material may be R-rated. Seating begins at 8 p.m., and Volt Raceway is smoke-free.

Sirota has performed alongside Jerry Seinfeld, Robin Williams, Jim Gaffigan and Dana Carvey, and has headlined comedy clubs across North America.

He is a former cast member and writer for Comedy Inc., Mr. D and The Debaters, and is a two-time Gemini Award nominee.

His Winnipeg Comedy Festival gala set was named “Best Set of the Fest,” and he has also appeared at the Halifax, Hubcap and Alianait festivals.

Sirota founded the 905 Comedy Festival, created a Jerry Springer hoax, and released his debut album “Roleplay.” He has coached CEOs and celebrities for the Humour Me fundraiser, which has raised more than $25 million.
