Ontario Tech University Adds Four New Food Options Across Oshawa Campus
Several new dining businesses have opened at Ontario Tech University in Oshawa, according to a university announcement on January 14, 2025. The vendors now operating on campus are Truedan Bubble Tea, Aisle 24, Subway, and Isabella’s Café, each located in different campus buildings.
The university detailed the owners and locations of each of these new vendors in its announcement. This information provides specifics for individuals seeking on-campus meal and drink options.
Truedan Bubble Tea, owned by Pratheepan Rajah, is located in the East Atrium of the Science Building. Rajah also operates a Truedan location in downtown Oshawa. Aisle 24, opened by Jack Geng, is an automated micro-market next to the North Oshawa Library. The store is self-serve and open 24 hours a day, selling snacks, drinks, and other convenience items.
Subway, owned by Magdi Eltayeb, also operates in the Science Building. Isabella’s Café, managed by Rosanna Bruno, is based in Charles Hall at the university’s downtown Oshawa campus. The café, which has been established in downtown Oshawa prior to this expansion, offers coffee, pastries, and meals from Monday to Friday.
