Ontario Tech University Opens Four New Food and Drink Locations on Oshawa Campus

Ontario Tech University says four new food and drink locations have opened on its Oshawa campus as of January 14, 2025. The additions include Truedan Bubble Tea, Aisle 24, Subway, and Isabella’s Café, each operating at a different campus location.

The university’s announcement lists these openings as part of recent changes to dining options available to students, faculty, and staff.

Truedan Bubble Tea is located in the East Atrium of the Science Building. The kiosk is operated by Pratheepan Rajah, who also runs a Truedan shop in downtown Oshawa.

Aisle 24 is an automated micro-market adjacent to the North Oshawa Library. Owned by Jack Geng, the store is open 24 hours and offers snacks, drinks, and convenience items.

Subway operates in the Science Building and is owned by Magdi Eltayeb. The location prepares meals to order.

Isabella’s Café, operated by Rosanna Bruno, has expanded from downtown Oshawa to the university’s Charles Hall at the downtown campus. The café is open weekdays and offers coffee, pastries, and meals.
