Police Identify Victim in Fatal Shooting at Ajax GO Station
A 28-year-old man from Ajax was fatally shot at the Ajax GO station parking lot on Sunday, June 22, 2025, according to Durham Regional Police Service (DRPS).
DRPS stated that this incident is being investigated as the fourth homicide in Durham Region so far in 2025.
Police reported that members of the West Division responded to an assist ambulance call at approximately 11:30 p.m. at 100 Westney Road South. Upon arrival, officers found an unconscious male with gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a Toronto-area trauma centre, where he died from his injuries. DRPS identified the deceased as Isaiah Little, age 28, of Ajax.
According to police, investigators believe the shooting occurred between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. on June 22. Officers are searching for a suspect. DRPS is asking anyone with video footage from the Ajax GO station within that timeframe—such as dashcam or surveillance footage—to provide it to investigators.
