Police Request Public Assistance After Report of Indecent Act in Oshawa

Durham Regional Police are seeking help from the public to identify a man following a reported indecent act in Oshawa on August 21, 2025. According to police, the incident took place at approximately 10:00 p.m. near Simcoe Street South and First Avenue, where a man allegedly exposed himself to a woman who was waiting at a bus stop before leaving the area.

Police described the suspect as a white male with a thin build and light brown or blonde hair.
