Proposal for Stop Sign Installation on Prestonvale Road

The General Government Committee of Clarington discussed the proposal to install a stop sign on Prestonvale Road during its meeting on September 23, 2019. Councillor Jones moved a resolution, seconded by Councillor Zwart, to direct staff to report back to the committee on November 4, 2019, regarding the consideration of a stop sign for northbound traffic on Prestonvale Road at Robert Adams Drive. The purpose of this proposal is to address traffic queuing issues in the area. The resolution was carried.
