Registration opens for Do It In Durham Entrepreneurship Week, Nov. 17–21
Registration is open for Do It In Durham Entrepreneurship Week, a series of more than 30 online and in-person business sessions scheduled November 17 to 21 across Durham Region. Most events are free.
The program offers workshops, practical sessions and networking. Local organizations are involved, including the Clarington Board of Trade as a co-host of a new full-day Business Summit on November 20.
The schedule opens with a flag raising at the Region of Durham Headquarters on November 17 and a kickoff event at Town Brewery in Whitby from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
The Business Summit on November 20 is co-hosted by the Ajax Pickering Board of Trade, Clarington Board of Trade, Whitby Chamber of Commerce and Oshawa Chamber of Commerce. The conference will cover sustainable investments, technology-driven growth and resilient supply chains, and includes a public expo.
The Business Advisory Centre Durham (BACD) coordinates the program. Registration and the full schedule are available at DoItInDurham.Biz. Registration remains open while space lasts.
The week is part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, which is marked in more than 200 countries. Sponsors include BACD, the City of Oshawa, Invest Clarington and Invest Whitby.
