Route 302 detours in downtown Whitby for Remembrance Day service Nov. 11
Route 302 will detour in downtown Whitby on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, from 10 a.m. to noon due to road closures for the Remembrance Day service. During the detour, buses will operate via Burns Street, Garden Street and Mary Street.
The change affects riders traveling through the Brock Street corridor late Tuesday morning. Stops on Brock Street between Mary Street and Burns Street will be closed during the service. Temporary stops will be set up on Mary Street and Garden Street for the duration of the detour.
During the detour, the following stops will be closed:
- All stops on Brock Street between Mary Street and Burns Street.
- Stop #210 — Brock Street southbound at Mary Street.
Temporary stops will be located at:
- Mary Street, westbound and eastbound, east of Brock Street.
- Mary Street, westbound at Garden Street (west of Garden Street).
- Garden Street, southbound, south of Mary Street.
- Garden Street, southbound and northbound at Dundas Street.
All stops along the detour route will be served.
