Sandford Road in Uxbridge to See Lane Restrictions from July 7 to August 26
The Regional Municipality of Durham has advised that lane restrictions will be in place on Sandford Road (Regional Road 11) in the Township of Uxbridge from July 7 to August 26. The restrictions will occur daily between York Durham Line (Regional Road 30) and Concession Road 4, according to the Region.
The lane restrictions are required for the installation of paved shoulders, as stated by the Region. This work may be disruptive, according to the Region’s announcement.
The Region notes that the work schedule may be affected by unfavourable weather conditions. The Region also asks drivers to exercise caution in the area for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and work crews.
