Arrest Made for Breaching Release Order in Clarington
A male is in custody following an incident involving a breach of a release order.
On Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at approximately 7:50 p.m., officers from the Central West division responded to a report of an electronic monitor breach at a storage facility near Watson Street East and Harbour Street. Upon arrival, police located a male in a vehicle outside one of the storage units.
The individual was arrested and is facing multiple charges, including:
- Fail to Comply with Release Order (x2)
- Unlawfully Possess Schedule I Substance (Methamphetamine)
- Possess Identity Document of Another (x6)
- Possession of Credit Card (x6)
The suspect, identified as Justin Senna Rafferty Neves, age 30, from Toronto, was held for a bail hearing.
