Durham College reports 10,321 domestic full-time students this fall at Oshawa and Whitby campuses

Durham College reported Oct. 15 that 10,321 domestic students are enrolled full time this fall at its Oshawa and Whitby campuses.

The update gives residents in Oshawa, Whitby and nearby communities a look at how many local students are attending the college this term, including how many are starting their first year.

Durham College said 5,696 of the domestic full-time students are in first year.

The college described this fall’s domestic full-time enrolment as a record, but it did not provide domestic enrolment totals from previous years in the post.

The figures were published in a Durham College “New & Notable” post dated Oct. 15.
