Durham Police Schedule Community Safety Day at East Division in Courtice
The Durham Region Police Service has stated that East Division officers and the Community Safety team will hold a Community Safety Day for residents of Oshawa and Courtice. According to the police service, the event is scheduled for Saturday, September 30, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at East Division, 2046 Courtice Rd., Courtice.
The police service reports that members of the public will be able to see police vehicles, visit educational booths, and speak with officers about safety. Other organizations expected to attend include Victim Services and the Fire Department, as indicated by the police service.
The event is open to people of all ages.
