CFIA says two Goodfood meatball meals sold online in Quebec recalled over undeclared egg and sesame

Two Goodfood-brand meatball meals sold online in Quebec are being recalled because they contain undeclared egg and sesame, according to a Canadian Food Inspection Agency notice.

The agency said people should not use, sell, serve or distribute the affected products.

The recalled products are Goodfood “Middle Eastern-Style Pork Meatballs with Orzo and Roasted Vegetables” (405 g) and Goodfood “Teriyaki Beef Meatballs with Carrots, Edamame & Rice” (425 g).

The CFIA list shows both items with the code “Best Before 26JL12.” No UPC is listed for either product.

The CFIA classified the action as a Class 2 recall under identification number RA-82368, with a recall date of July 11, 2026. The notice was originally published on July 20, 2026.

GoodFood Corp. is listed as the recalling firm, and the notice is published by the CFIA. The CFIA lists the audience for the notice as the general public, and says the products were distributed online in Quebec.
