PULSE 900 to bypass downtown Whitby stops for November 11 service

Durham Region Transit’s PULSE 900 will detour through downtown Whitby on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to noon because of a road closure for the Remembrance Day service. The transit agency says buses will not serve Dundas Street stops between Henry Street and Garden Street during that period.

Buses will run along Henry Street, Burns Street and Garden Street. All stops along the detour route will continue to be served.

Buses will serve temporary stops at these locations:

• Burns Street, eastbound and westbound at Brock Street.
• Dundas Street, westbound west of Henry Street.
• Henry Street, southbound south of Dundas Street.
• Garden Street, southbound south of Dundas Street.
